The ADA Council on Scientific Affairs' Acceptance of FreshBurst® Listerine® Antiseptic is based on its finding that the product is effective in helping to prevent and reduce gingivitis and plaque above the gum line, when used as directed.

Directions

Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. DO NOT SWALLOW. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
